1.1 These terms and conditions govern the participation of McCoy Digital Private Limited, trading as McCoy Mart ("Presenting Partner"), and ABEC Exhibitions & Conferences Pvt. Ltd. trading as ACE Reflect (“Owner”) in construction and building-related events ("Events"). “McCoy Mart” & “ACE Reflect” are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party”.
2. Event Ownership and Organizer:
2.1 McCoy Mart is recognized as the Presenting partner and acknowledges that ACE Reflect is the exclusive owner and organizer of the events.
3. Admission and Tickets:
3.1 Admission to ACE Reflect events is free for professionals and brands.
3.2 McCoy Mart is not involved in the sale of tickets or any financial transactions related to event admission. Any financial transactions or issues related to ticketing are the responsibility of ACE Reflect.
4. Presenting Partner Role:
4.1 McCoy Mart's role is limited to that of a Presenting Partner, providing support and visibility.
4.2 Any discrepancies or issues related to event organization, content, or logistics are the responsibility of ACE Reflect.
5. Brand Representation:
5.1 McCoy Mart represents its brand professionally during the events.
5.2 Any information or communication beyond McCoy Mart's representation as the Presenting Partner is at the discretion of ACE Reflect.
6. Liability Exclusion:
6.1 McCoy Mart disclaims any liability for loss, damage, or issues arising from the events.
6.2 ACE Reflect assumes full responsibility for the event organization, logistics, content and attendee experience.
7. Force Majeure:
7.1 Events are subject to force majeure circumstances including but not limited to floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the control of McCoy Mart (referred to as “Force Majeure Event”). McCoy Mart shall not be held liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the event as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Nothing herein grants either Party a license to the Intellectual Property of the other Party. 8.2 Both Parties agree not to use the other's Marks without prior written consent, protecting trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade secrets, and goodwill.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
McCoy Mart reserve the right, at sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and conditions by posting updates and changes to our website.
