What Will You Get:

Contest is called the “IPL Dekho McCoy Mart Ke Sath” and shall be commencing from 7th Feb’2023 00:01 AM to 7th Apr 2023 11:59 PM

Rules to Win:

• IPL Tickets: Partners/Professionals/Customers purchasing for Rs.2.5 Lac (Ultimate IPL Experience), Rs.5 Lac (Premium IPL Experience) and Rs.10 Lac (McCoy Mart IPL Experience respectively (Excluding GST) in 2 months during the Contest Period will be eligible to win the IPL Tickets
• These tickets are of the nearby locations of the winners
• Cancelled and Returned orders will not be considered in the purchasing amount (Excluding GST)

Contest Terms & Conditions:

• PROs/Users meeting the contest criteria will be informed 2 weeks prior to the IPL Match
• Total tickets are 150
• Tickets will be sent within 5 days of announcement, to the winning PROs/Users on their registered email address or hard copies can be courier if required
• Tickets are subject to availability if tickets are not available on the nearest date, we would try to accommodate for the next possible date.
• Rewards will be announced based on the criteria mentioned in the Rules to Win and are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other reward or item. Organizer does not make any commitment whether expressed or implied in relation to the quality and workability of the reward (Considering the IPL Match).
• Organizer has the sole discretion to decide whether a PRO/User is eligible to participate in the Contest or not.
• The Organizer will bear all the costs associated with IPL Tickets, Your Travel and Food.
• Organizer shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, cost, or other charges or consequence whatsoever arising from, or suffered or incurred by the Participants in connection with the Contest and/or the Contest Prize to the winners arising from, or in relation to, or the redemption of the Prizes, or the award of the Prizes to the winners, including any delays, that may result in the winners being unable to take the benefit of the Prize.
• Contest is run by Organizer at its sole discretion and Organizer reserves the absolute and exclusive right to cancel this offer and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in this contest, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and the Terms of use on Organizer, the Rules to Win and the Terms and Conditions.
• The Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the control of Organizer (“Force Majeure Event”). Organizer shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the Contest or the reward or the delivery of the reward to the winner, as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
• Organizer may in its sole discretion exchange the reward with any other reward in the event of unavailability of any reward.
• By participating in the contest, each of the participants, including the winners, grants to Organizer, an irrevocable consent in perpetuity to use his/her name, photographs if any, provided by the participants to Organizer in connection with the Contest, at any time and on any and all media, whether now known or developed in the future relating to advertising and promotion etc., in the form of text, articles, audio, visuals or any combination thereof.
• Failure by Organizer to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions in any manner shall not be deemed to be a waiver of that Term and Condition and shall not give rise to any claim by any Participant and/or winners against Organizer In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of Organizer, shall be final and binding on all concerned.
• Any attempt by a Participant(s) and / or a winner(s) to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest and/or practice a fraud to claim the Prize, is a violation of laws and should such an attempt be made, Organizer reserves the right to seek damages from any such Participant to the fullest extent permitted by law. All Participants and the winners hereby indemnify Organizer, if Organizer directly or indirectly suffers any damages as a result of the participation by the Participants in the Contest and the redemption of the Prizes by the winners.
• Any disputes that may arise in connection with this Contest and/or the Contest Prize and/or the Spot Prize shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
