This company is a new vision of "Texplas Group" which is a well established organization for the past 35 years in the leadership of Mr. J.C. Jain graduated in mechanical engineering in 1969 and M.Tech from BITS, Pilani in 1971.

Mr. J.C. Jain was the chairman of state unit of CII in 2008, as well as president of SIDCUL industrial estate besides being member of several professional organizations. He is recipient of several awards including "Udyog Ratan", "Udyog Patra", "Samaj ratan" and "Uttarakhand Ratan".

Mr. Navneet Jain, B.E. (Mech), is the Director of M/s. Texplas Composites India Pvt. Ltd.. He started his Career in Extrusion Industry, Manufacturing various kinds of Pipes & Profiles. Having surveyed and researched Wood Composite Market for last 5 Years, he has now taken the charge to make BVW World's No. 1 Wood Composite Brand.
