Some of the world’s\u00a0highest observation decks will be placed on an\u00a0elongated oval-shaped bud, offering the visitors\u00a0360 degree panoramic views of the city from its plot near Ras Al Khor National Wildlife Sanctuary. Hill International made an announcement in June 2017 that it won a one-year\u00a0deal to oversee construction of the Dubai Creek Harbour scheme for\u00a0Dh27.8 million. It has also said that the project is expected to take 30 years to construct. About 2000 residential properties are to be delivered every year for the first five years according to an estimate by\u00a0Emaar Properties.<\/p>\n
