Admares specialises in designing and manufacturing\u00a0floating homes. These buildings get together, the\u00a0marine, offshore and construction technologies and were completed at\u00a0its plant in Rauma, Finland. After this, the nine\u00a0luxury floating bungalows were shipped to UAE to be accommodated at their places within the\u00a0Marasi Business Bay development in Dubai. These bungalows are going to be the main attraction feature alongside the fact that the Bay, in its entirety,\u00a0will include the longest waterfront promenade in the Emirates. The floating bungalows will be accessible by pedestrian means apart from boats.
