Weru GmbH, one of the larget uPVC windows<\/a> and entry door manufacturer<\/a> from Europe has gotten into a strategic tie up with the Unilux group who are providers of premium and green segment windows and entry doors in Germany and now also in India.<\/p>\n

The WERU\/UNILUX Group has taken this significant step for the development of both companies. Together, their comprehensive offering of high-quality, innovative products and services will be further developed, in order to make use of the resulting opportunities for further growth in Germany and other markets where they are present including India.<\/p>\n

With this transaction, WERU continues to expand its lead as the largest manufacturer of windows<\/a> in Germany, and as a provider of a full product assortment, one of the largest producers of windows and doors<\/a> in Europe.<\/p>\n

Together, they aim to intensify the sales activities and optimize the product range for their large customer base.
\nAt its two facilities in Germany in Rudersberg and Triptis, WERU produces 460,000 customized windows and 15,000 entry doors. Due to its high innovation ability and modern product line WERU is capable of setting benchmarks in terms of safety, energy efficiency, and comfort.<\/p>\n

UNILUX has a wide range of windows and entry doors made from wood<\/a>, aluminum-clad wood, upvc & aluminum-clad upvc, and solid aluminium, mostly fulfilling passive house standards, green standards and high comfort of noise reduction and security. At its plant in Germany in Salmtal, UNILUX produces about 110,000 customized windows and 3,400 entry doors per month. Their trademark product line MAXXIGLASS, revolutionized the window market when launched in 2013 and caters to the growing international demand of huge glazing solutions.<\/p>\n
