Admares, who was also responsible for projects like the Burj Al Arab Terrace in Dubai, has successfully completed a part for their latest project, the Marasi Business Bay located on the Dubai Water Canal. Admares specialises in designing and manufacturing floating homes. These buildings get together, the marine, offshore and construction technologies and were completed at its plant in Rauma, Finland. After this, the nine luxury floating bungalows were shipped to UAE to be accommodated at their places within the Marasi Business Bay development in Dubai. These bungalows are going to be the main attraction feature alongside the fact that the Bay, in its entirety, will include the longest waterfront promenade in the Emirates. The floating bungalows will be accessible by pedestrian means apart from boats. The project will also have, according to the developers, leisure facilities besides restaurants and five palm tree-lined yacht marinas with 700 berths, alongside several floating retail and F&B (food and beverages) outlets, an assortment of onshore boutique shopping, leisure and entertainment facilities.
