The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), which is planning to implement an automated building plan, layout scrutiny and approval process has requested architects and structural engineers to register themselves using online form on its website.

The ‘Development Permissions Management System’ to be implemented soon would release the approval proposals within 15 days after an architect/applicant submits online application form, uploads drawings and other documents including no-objection certificate from other departments, according to a press release.
The HMDA seeking to build a database of registered architects and structural engineers for end-to-end solution implementation would hold orientation to the new concept for those registered with it, the release added.
