Supertech has come with a proposal to invest Rs.750 crore to develop retail and commercial projects in Delhi-NCR. They have appointed Vijay Kapoor as the CEO for the accomplishment of the tasks related to the same. He comes with an experience of 25 years, after having worked with big names like PVR, and Eros. The statement from the company looks at developing a 25 lakh square feet area for the same. Supertech’s key commercial projects- Supernova, E square, and North Eye, would be the areas of development. The rate of growth of the retail sector in the country is what has drawn Supertech’s attention and lead to them capitalizing in this area. There is an estimate of approximately 400 national and international brands in the projects around Delhi-NCR. Supertech also developing about 40 realty projects in Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Moradabad, Dehradun, Haridwar, Rudrapur, and Bengaluru, said an official spokesperson.
