A conference room is a room in an office or building room that is equipped with meetings, presentations and group sharing in view. In general, it is furnished with items of furniture (e.g., tables and chairs) and/or technologies (audio-visual system, video conferencing equipment, projection screen) for facilitating communication. Conference rooms can vary from small meeting rooms to large conference halls (appropriate to the needs of the organization), all of which can be configured to provide an ideal scenario in which discussions can be productive.
