Cancellations
McCoy Mart is committed to ensuring the timely delivery of your orders. If, however, you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product, you may request a cancellation through your McCoy Mart Account. For Prepaid Orders, refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please be aware that cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once an order has been dispatched.

  • For Prepaid Orders, we will initiate the refund process in accordance with our Refund Policy. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

  • Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellation requests. Thank you for your understanding.

Order Cancelations Criteria
Under some rare situations McCoy Mart can also raise an order cancellation request. These Situation would be :-

  • Unavailability of Products

  • Incorrect pricing or description of the Products

  • Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud avoidance department

  • Non Serviceability of buyer’s address by our Logistics partner

Please Note:

  • Return Request Timeframe: You have the convenience to initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. However, in cases of a damaged, missing, empty package, or wrong product, we kindly request that you file the return request within 2 days of delivery. To do so, please reach out to us via email at support@mccoymart.com or contact our helpline at +91 8010700300 within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

  • Review Process: Our dedicated McCoy Mart team will carefully review your return request.

  • Technical Support: If necessary, we will provide technical support and guide you to the respective brand, manufacturer, or vendor.

  • Pickup Arrangement: Upon approval, we will arrange for the pickup of the product through our logistics partner within the next 2-3 days.

  • Alternative Pickup: In case our reverse pickup services are not available in your area, we may request you to dispatch the product. Rest assured, the logistics charges will be reimbursed by McCoy Mart.

  • Verification and Resolution: After we receive the product, it undergoes thorough verification against your claim. Depending on the stock availability, we will initiate either a replacement or refund. Please note that the availability of replacement items may vary.

  • Non-Returnable Products: Please be aware that products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

  • Electrical and Lighting Category: For products within the Electrical and Lighting category, it is mandatory to share an unboxing video with our customer care team when opening the package in cases of receiving an empty, defective, or wrong product. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.

Return/Replacement are accepted under the following cases:

  • Wrong product – wrong colour/size/style

  • Wrong item Delivered

  • Defective products – Manufacturing defect/ Non – functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer warranty)

  • Damaged product – Physical damage/Tampered product or packaging

  • Wrong Quantities – Missing products/parts

Return/Replacement are not accepted under the following cases:

  • Product Alteration or Usage: We are unable to accept returns or replacements for products that have been altered or used.

  • Absence of Original Packaging: To process returns or replacements, it is essential that the product is returned in its original packaging, including price tags, labels, accessories, and the original box.

  • Tampered Serial Number/Label: If the serial number or label of the product has been tampered with, we cannot proceed with a return or replacement.

  • Delay in Reporting Issues: For cases involving damaged, missing, empty packages, or receiving the wrong product, we kindly ask that you report these concerns within 2 days of delivery for us to be able to assist you.

  • Promotional/Demand-Based Sales: Products sold under specific promotions or during high-demand periods may not be eligible for return or replacement.

  • No Longer Needed/Quality Concerns: Returns or replacements will not be accepted if the product is deemed no longer needed or if the quality does not meet expectations.

Refund
McCoy Mart offers easy and quick Refund on your refund Orders.

Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenarios:

  • When Prepaid Orders are cancelled as per our Cancellation policy

  • If our Logistics partner is unable to deliver the product

  • If you wish to return the products in accordance with our return policy

Refund gets Declined in the following scenarios:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 7 days.

  • If the Product is damaged by the customer, in any manner as may be determined by McCoy Mart at its sole discretion.

  • If the product received by us is not as per claim or missing accessories, label, stickers

How Refund process follow:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed through a secure payment gateway or any other online banking/electronic funds transfer system approved by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The refunded amount will be credited to the same account from which the transaction was made during the product purchase.

  • Cash on Delivery Transactions: In the case of cash on delivery transactions, if a refund is applicable, it will be disbursed via methods such as demand drafts, NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer), or cheques. These will be issued in favour of the customer who made the product purchase, following the details provided by the customer.

Refund Processing Timelines:
After placing a refund request, the amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.

  • In case of any Clarification or If you have not received the refund within the stipulated time, kindly contact your banks customer care number to know the status of the transaction.
