Godrej Group’s real estate brand, Godrej Properties, has invested in two new residential apartment projects in Gurugram and Bengaluru markets. The projects are spread over 1.6 million sq. ft. of saleable area. The area for the Gurugram project is around 98,000 square meters while the Bengaluru project will add 58,000 square meters of saleable area.

Saying that this fits with their strategy of building their presence in the country’s leading real estate markets, Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairman, Godrej Properties, said that they look forward to delivering an outstanding project. This is Godrej’s 11th project within the National Capital Region (NCR) market in five years of entering the NCR market. While the Gurugram ‘group housing project’ is located 5 km from NH8 the Bengaluru project is on Magadi Road in West Bangalore.
Godrej is currently developing residential, commercial, and township projects spread across 136.34 million sq ft in 12 cities across India.
