To make this happen , the company has developed Surface Protection Technology (SPT) for the first time in India which comprises specially developed imported abrasive tissue papers, impregnated with specially formulated Melamine Resin are overlaid on imported Design Paper. To make Amulya mica more durable in actual use, its core support has been crafted with imported high quality kraft paper impregnated with straight phenolic resin. It gives it an edge over its competitors as it warranties its products for 7 years if laminates are preserved under normal storage condition. SPT technology makes laminates capable of handling day to day stress and gives it resistance from scratches, dust, boiling water stain & rough handling.

Amulya WPC is 100% termite Proof, Water Proof, Recyclable, Eco-friendly and flame retardant product. It has holding capacity of High Screw & Nails. It is especially helpful to those areas where we see large scale problem of termite & dampness. In Amulya WPC board– laminates can easily be pasted, High gloss, Matt, Deco paint, Texture Paint can be applied with less consumption of material, also ACP’s and Acrylic solid surface can also be pasted.

Amulya WPC/PVC will be available in Width from 2.5’ to maximum 6’ and in Length – Customized up to 20’ and in Thickness – 4mm to 20mm.

It is effectively resistant to scuff, mar & scratch along with having aesthetical look and suitable for various applications such as Kitchen, lounges, restaurant, malls, spa, bar etc. The New range of AMULYA + Laminates in MATT finish , first of its kind it India, provides a better option for protecting your dream creations from Scuff mar and scratch effectively.
• Exterior Grade laminate – Amulya Cladding with high UV and weather & fire resistance quality and with 10 years warranty- ideal for exterior and cladding facades. First time in India, in the history of Exterior grade laminate, Amulya Mica is presenting Textured Surface. It is successfully tested in EPH Lab from Germany, National test House, Kolkata & Thomas Bell – Wright International Consultants, Dubai.
• Synchronized Laminates – 1.25 mm (Registered Emboss): In Synchronized Laminates, grain & textures are truly matched with natural wood textures. One can feel touch sensation of exact texture of natural veneer. It is manufactured with laminate Press plate, design of which is synchronized. Laminate gives the real feeling of natural wood even with look and touch just like wood veneer. It is highly resistant against burn & stains. Amulya WPC/PVC Lead Free Foam board is absolutely environment friendly and non polluting material as Toxin & Lead Free material. It is manufactured with saw dust & virgin thermoplastics. Amulya WPC/PVC board has features such as highly resistant to extreme weather, moisture and termites and low maintenance. It’s won’t rot, crack, wrap as like other timber used for interior & furniture making. There is negligible waste and recyclable features that it can be reground & reused after their service life.
“Amulya WPC/PVC board” doesn’t require painting, staining or oiling and it avoids using potentially polluting preservatives.
