Our builder installed a Kommerling uPVC sit out door. There was some problem in fixing the door. We can not close/lock the door. There is a two inch gap around the frame. As the builder is unresponsive, we requested the company (Kommerling-Hyderabad Br.) repeatedly to send someone to rectify the error but to no avail. Though the quality of the door is excellent, it looks like it all depends on the fabricator how well it is installed.

Many complaints from this door company. First of all, the gaps in the door are so bad that when the wind blows, it howls and in the winter, the cold air blows through. The rubber seals on the bottom of the sliding doors do not fit correctly, therefore the doors catch on them and quite often we can’t open the doors. The company have been out twice since having having 40 sets of their double glazed windows and we still have many problems. For the enormous amount of money spent with this one company, you would think they would want everything to work as it’s supposed to. Very very disappointed customer. Would not use them again under any circumstances and would not recommend them to anyone else. Instead, we’ve told customers and friends to steer clear of them. Very bad workmanship.

Last year we had used Kommerling uPVC windows for one of our major projects that launched at the end of year 2016 in busiest city (Mumbai) of India. We were looking for a replacement of old and simple window for the balcony, so one of our relatives suggested Koemmerling Sliding Windows that smoothly slides and perfectly fits to our cluttered space window. We also noticed that after the installation, our home now hardly faces any dust or excess light inside. So this was really great invest for our home.
