Ultratech Weather Pro Hi-Flex for double protection of high-risk areas of the home. These polymer-based waterproofing products form a durable and impervious coating, blocking the entry of dampness into the structure. Flex coatings are flexible, elongating up to 100%.

Process of Application:

• Mix the powder and liquid components of Flex.
• After surface preparation, apply two coats of Flex or Hi-Flex mix with a gap of minimum 8 hours in between, with the 2nd coat in a perpendicular direction to the 1st coat.
• It is highly recommended to provide a layer of screed or plaster over the waterproofing coat

Coverage: 1 kg of Hi-Flex powder and liquid mix should cover 14-15 sq.ft
