• Sash can be shifted forward by unlocking the catch for easy clean option. The friction hinge re-sets to egress mode on closure.
• Specially designed for side hung vents for Aluminium as well as PVC-U Windows.
• Self Balancing with excellent weather sealing capabilities.
• Pressure adjustment screw for catering to different sash weights.
