Product Description

Firecryl FR is a one-component intumescent plasto-elastic joint sealant based on acrylic dispersions.

Key Features:

• Resist the passage of fire and smoke.
• Fire resistant up to 4 hours with PE backer rod.
• Intumescent in contact with fire.
• Swells when exposed to temperatures in excess of 120°C.
• Stays elastic and can be painted over.
• Colourfast and waterproof after curing.
• Very good adhesion on many porous surfaces can be painted over after curing.
• Water based fire retardant acrylic sealant and crack filler.
• Suitable for interior joints with low/medium movement.

Application:

• Sealing compound for cracks in concrete and plaster.
• Connection joints in the building industry.

Shelf life And Storage: At least 12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C Protect against frost.
