Neutral+ silicone sealant is a cost-effective, multipurpose, neutral cure silicone sealant.

Characteristics :

• One-component sealant/adhesive.
• Cures at room temperature.
• Excellent UV moisture resistance.
• Good adhesion to most common construction substrate like concrete, metals, plastics.
• Good waterproof and weatherproof for interior & exterior applications.

Applications : 

McCoy Soudal Neutral+ silicones sealant will bond to make strong weatherproof seals on most common building materials like glass, concrete, aluminum, brick, steel, ceramic, plastic & most porus & non-porous substrates. 

Not suitable for : 

• Structural glazing.
• Continuous water immersion application.
• Expansion joints.
• Construction or sealing of aquariums.
• Cannot be painted.
• Interior penetration fire stop sealing.
