• Heavy duty 4 bar friction hinges made from Austenitic SS 304 Steel suitable for Aluminium and PVC-U applications..
• With a Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN) of 20, and good resistance to Inter-Granular Corrosion, SS 304 is well serviceable in corrosive environments.
• In Normal position, opening for Egress is 88º.
• Sash can be shifted forward by unlocking the catch for easy clean option. The friction hinge re-sets to egress mode on closure.
• Specially designed for side hung vents for Aluminium as well as PVC-U Windows.
• Self Balancing with excellent weather sealing capabilities.
• Pressure adjustment screw for catering to different sash weights.
• Asymmetrical Arrow head End Point and End Cap ensure tighter closure and better resistance to Wind Pressure.
• Capable of withstanding positive as well as negative wind loads in closed condition.
• Easy to clean outside glass surface as the sash shifts sufficiently away from the jamb.
• Suitable options available for Side Hung Vent sizes upto 650 mm x 1200 mm. & Vent weights up to 40 kg.
